How Crudde will show UK stock, dispatch expectations, delivery ranges, tracking and split parcels.
A delivery range, not an invented promise
Each active offer will show an evidence-based delivery range using the selected warehouse, dispatch cut-off, postcode and service information available at the time.
UK-stock labels are controlled
A UK-stock claim will require a current UK warehouse record, available stock and a supported UK delivery and return route.
Tracking and split parcels
Orders may contain more than one parcel where fulfilment genuinely requires it. The customer will still see one Crudde order, with clear parcel-level milestones and support if a carrier link is unavailable.
Service area at launch
The supported UK territories and postcode exceptions will be published after supplier and delivery contracts are approved. Checkout remains disabled until those rules are configured and tested.
