How Crudde will control category risks, claims, documents, traceability and product safety information.
Category gates
Each category will have a defined evidence template covering identifiers, materials, warnings, age limits, declarations and responsible-person information where required.
Unsupported claims are blocked
Health, environmental, safety and performance claims must be supported by suitable evidence. Supplier marketing language alone is not sufficient.
Traceability
Supplier identity, product identifiers, available batch or lot details, compliance records and affected orders will be retained so that an issue can be investigated and customers contacted.
Initial exclusions
Electricals, batteries, supplements, medical products, baby products, cosmetics and complex toys are outside the initial catalogue until category-specific workflows are approved.
