How Crudde will collect, verify, moderate and display customer reviews.
Verified purchase means linked evidence
A review will only carry a verified-purchase label when it is linked to a delivered Crudde order for the relevant product and variant.
Moderation is not sentiment control
Personal data, abuse, spam and irrelevant content may be removed or edited where necessary. A review will not be suppressed merely because it is critical or gives a low rating.
No purchased or fabricated reviews
Crudde will not create, buy or selectively import feedback to misrepresent customer sentiment. Any future incentive must be disclosed and cannot require a positive review.
Structured ratings mirror the page
Any rating data supplied to search engines must match genuine reviews visibly available on the relevant page and be recalculated from the current approved review set.
