How a recall will work
An affected product will be removed from sale immediately, a public safety notice will be preserved, relevant orders will be identified and customers will receive clear instructions and remediation updates.
Report a concern
Use the contact form and choose Product safety. Include the product name, order reference if available, the concern and any relevant photographs without including unnecessary personal information.
