Price & value policy
How Crudde intends to present prices, delivery costs, savings evidence and value claims without hidden charges.
The payable price comes first
Product pages and checkout will show the item price, applicable VAT treatment and any unavoidable delivery charge before a customer commits. Required fees will not be introduced late in the journey.
Savings claims require evidence
A comparison will only be used for an exact or properly documented match. The source, observed item price, delivery basis, timestamp and expiry must be recorded. Expired evidence will remove the claim automatically.
No fake pressure
Crudde will not use invented countdowns, unsupported low-stock warnings, preselected paid extras or permanently crossed-out reference prices. A deadline or scarcity message must reflect a real, current condition.
Commercial sustainability matters
An offer must cover product, delivery, payment, expected returns, support and other attributable costs. Products that cannot meet the configured contribution threshold will be paused rather than sold on unsustainable terms.
