How the Crudde foundation website handles contact requests, consent records, security data and retention.
Information you choose to provide
The contact and updates forms collect the fields shown on the form. We use them to record and respond to the request or, where separately chosen, to keep a record of interest in Crudde updates.
Security and abuse prevention
The website uses a secure session cookie, request-rate controls and pseudonymous security fingerprints to protect forms, baskets and customer-service lookups. Form and notification-queue records are encrypted at rest in protected application storage.
Cookies and analytics
The website loads a visitor-intelligence script from proplix.co.uk for website analytics and support functionality. It may process page, device, network and interaction information according to the configured service. Advertising technology is not enabled. The final field inventory, lawful basis, processor terms and retention must be confirmed during legal review.
Sharing and international transfers
No supplier or Britixo customer-data synchronisation is active in this phase. Website analytics and support functionality use the configured Proplix visitor-intelligence service. Other information will only be shared where necessary for the stated purpose, under an appropriate lawful basis and reviewed contract.
Retention and rights
Records are retained only for operational, security and legal needs. Use the dedicated privacy-request form for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or marketing-preference requests. Identity verification may be required before information is disclosed or changed.

The final legal controller identity and geographic contact address will be added after legal review and before transactional services are enabled.
